Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and deliver all orders within three (3) Business Days. You will receive your order via Royal Mail who will require you to be at the delivery address, as most of the products sold on our website are larger than a standard size letter box.
Overseas Shipping
If you have purchased an item from our website and have asked it to be shipped to another country (outside the UK), then you need to be aware that
any charges for tax and or import duty that the destination country may issue are your responsibility. We (eBody Ltd) are not responsible for any fees your country may charge for importing the products purchased from our website.
It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure that the goods purchased from our website are legal within the destination country. Please check these details with your local authority before making a purchase.
Returns
When buying online from us we want to be sure your 100% happy with your purchase, so that’s why we offer a 14 Day money back guarantee on any products you buy from us, all supplements must be in the original packaging with seals intact (if you open any supplements we can not unfortunately take them back) for any equipment purchased it must be in immaculate condition and in its original packaging.
We will not accept any responsibility for any goods we have not signed to say we have received so please ensure you send your returns back to us by registered post, any goods to be returned must be in an unopened state with seals intact to receive a refund.
You will need to pay your own postage for returning items back to us, and you will also be charged a 10% Fee to cover Handling and Transaction Charges. We will then refund the difference back to your card.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please return the item back to us and we will refund any postage charges and resend the correct item on receipt of the returned item. Your returned product must be kept in the condition that it arrived.
Before you return anything please email info@ebody.co.uk with your original order number, which is found on your invoice and a brief description on the reason for return. Our return address is as follows:
